Nominations will soon open for Male Athlete of the Year, Female Athlete of the Year, Team of the Year, Volunteer Coach of the Year, and the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.

Congratulations to our winners!
Central Sport’s 2024 Sport Awards honored top Central Alberta athletes and contributors.
Maddison Pearman (Female Athlete of the Year) won gold in team sprint at the World Speed Skating Championships.
Nicholas Bennett (Male Athlete of the Year) excelled in swimming. U18AAA Red Deer CarStar Braves (Team of the Year) won the U18 National Baseball Championship.
Ray Frotten received the Lifetime Sport Achievement Award for his coaching and volunteer work.
Justin Jarmolicz won Minor Coach of the Year for his success with the U15AAA Rebels.
