City of Red Deer Grant Opportunities

The City of Red Deer is currently accepting applications for two grant opportunities aimed at recreation and sport organizations.

Community Recreation Enhancement Grant – Deadline April 8 at noon

Community Recreation Enhancement Grant (CREG) is a City of Red Deer grant program that provides financial support to not-for-profit organizations delivering recreation initiatives in our community.

Pandemic Relief & Recovery Funding Program Grant – Deadline April 8 at 4 p.m.

The City of Red Deer has developed a one-time grant opportunity to support local arts, culture, heritage, recreation, and sport organizations that have experienced and continue to face operational challenges due to the pandemic. The Pandemic Relief & Recovery Funding Program (PRRF) grant may be used to offset current and/or retroactive expenses incurred between March 10, 2020, and December 31, 2022.
