Central Alberta Friendship Disc Golf League

Hello Everyone!
Spring is here and that means it is time to play ball! Aka, throw some plastic. Starting next week is the Friendship Disc Golf League! And what is that?
The Friendship Disc Golf League is an exciting PDGA league that meets weekly on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm, starting April 25th and running for 8 weeks. The league’s schedule includes a rotation of four different disc golf courses, adding variety and challenges to each week’s play. The order of courses for the 8-week season is as follows:
Week 1: Kentwood Disc Golf Course (DGC) – 18 holes!
Week 2: Sylvan Lake DGC (Red Tees!)
Week 3: Innisfail DGC (18 holes!)
Week 4: Victoria Park DGC (18 Holes)
This rotation of courses repeats for weeks 5-8, allowing for players to experience each of the four courses twice during the season.
In order to participate in the league, there is a nominal fee of $5 per week, which goes towards covering the cost of the league and providing prizes for the winners. This fee helps to ensure the smooth operation of the league and contributes to the competitive and enjoyable nature of the league.
As an Official PDGA League, the Friendship Disc Golf League follows the rules and regulations set forth by the PDGA, ensuring fair play and professionalism among its members. And this will count towards your rating. However, you do NOT have to be a PDGA member to play.
Join the Friendship Disc Golf League and experience the joy of friendly competition, camaraderie, and skill improvement as you navigate the exciting courses on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm, starting April 25th. Tee off at 6:30!

The event is finished.
