CASUA was previously known as the Red Deer Softball Umpires Association. We recruit, train, certify, develop and mentor softball umpires in Central Alberta including minor, ladies and men's leagues. We assign umpires for associations and leagues in central Alberta, as well as tournaments and provincial champions. Our members also represent Alberta at Western Canadian and Canadian championships. CASUA is always looking for new members to join us on the diamond. Clinics are held each year in April, and are listed on the website at casua.ca.
