Members represent league bowlers who are also members of the Alberta 5 Pin Bowlers' Association and their education and competition sections, as well as Master Bowlers, Western Canada Bowling Tour participants, and NCCP coaches and trainers.

Tournaments leading to national championships are open to those 12 years old and up.
